This incident occurred due to the extreme reckless behaviour of the pet owner, where the owner has been seen dragging the dog as fast as possible for boarding as a result the dog got anxious and slipped out of the owner’s hands

However report’s later stated that the dog was rescued and is still alive. He managed to crawl beneath the train and reached the other side. Though a situation where no one can be blamed, because if we closely examine and see the video it was the owner’s love for his pet to take him everywhere , but a chaos and extreme rush might have killed the dog.
