After leaving an indelible mark in traditional cinema, Debasree Roy is embracing the digital era, taking on the role of Sucharita Lahiri in “Chemistry Mashi.” The narrative unfolds around Sucharita, a woman in her late fifties, who, despite a three-decade-long marriage and successful parenting, finds herself at a crossroads. Prompted by family conflicts, she questions her identity and dignity, leading her to rediscover her passion for chemistry through the unique online channel, “Chemistry Mashi.”
As the story progresses, Sucharita’s popularity soars, but a twist of fate takes a dark turn when one of her suggested question papers coincidentally matches an exam, leading to accusations of a question paper leak. Amidst this turmoil, the series unfolds as a gripping narrative of resilience, integrity, and the fight against corruption, as Sucharita battles powerful forces to prove her innocence and uncover a systemic conspiracy.
