The prestigious annual real estate awards, known as the “CREDAI Bengal Realty Awards 2023,” are back for their seventh year, presented by CREDAI Bengal. This esteemed association, headquartered in Kolkata, is a city chapter of the national real estate developers’ association, CREDAI.
“The Times of India” has graciously returned as our media partner for this significant event, adding to the grandeur of the occasion. The event unfolded on December 19, 2023, at 7 p.m., at the opulent Taj Bengal in Kolkata, graced by the esteemed presence of Papa CJ Comedian, Executive Coach, Author, and Sidharth Pansari, President of CREDAI Bengal India.
Papa CJ expressed his enthusiasm, stating, “It is my first time participating in an event of this nature, and I am delighted to be a part of it. These award shows will undoubtedly contribute to the agency’s expansion.”
The meticulous selection process involved a thorough nomination phase, where detailed documentation and papers substantiating the project’s validity were scrutinized. Subsequent inspections of construction sites formed the basis for shortlisting projects. The winning scores were ultimately revealed during a grand jury round, featuring in-person interactions between jurors and contestants.
Numerous active members of CREDAI Bengal competed for this year’s awards, reflecting the association’s vibrant and competitive spirit.
Sidharth Pansari, President of CREDAI Bengal India, emphasized, “Over the years, our members have passionately contested for our awards, earning widespread recognition for our rigorous and transparent judging process. EY maintained the same stringent judging guidelines this year, ensuring every aspect was thoroughly examined in selecting the deserving winners.”
