Sara is seen remembering him often when it is Kedarnath’s anniversary or when it is Sushant’s death anniversary. The actress recently spoke about him in an interview and got extremely emotional. The ‘Murder Mubarak’ actress was asked about her favourite memory of Sushant and she got emotional as she thought about it. Sara told Mid-day, “There are so many favourite memories. There was one moment when Gattu sir (director Abhishek Kapoor) was rushing and he and Sushant had worked together before so I just went to Sushant and I was like, ‘I don’t know how to do this, there’s one, this, this line, just show me.’ And he just showed me. And I just went and I copied him.
Being able to speak Hindi the way that I do, is something that people appreciate about me quite often whether it’s being as curious as I think I am, so much of it is Sushant. Any love I’ve gotten for Kedarnath, and it’s a lot, it’s just all him. I can’t give you a memory.”
This year on Sushant’s death anniversary Sara had dropped an unseen picture with him. Last year, she wrote a note for him. She said, “On our way to Kedarnath for the first time. On my way to shoot for the first time. And I know neither is ever going to feel the same again. But somewhere between action, cut, sunrise, rivers, clouds, moonlight, Kedarnath and Allah Hoo I know you’re there. Keep shining amongst your stars From Kedarnath to Andromeda.”
