In a groundbreaking initiative aimed at fostering inclusivity and empowerment, Dr. Reddy’s Foundation, in collaboration with the Ali Yavar Jung National Institute of Speech and Hearing Disabilities and the Ministry of Social Justice and Empowerment, Government of India, organized a Job Fair for Persons with Disabilities (PwDs) at the AYJNISHD, Kolkata Campus on February 26, 2024.

Dr. Lalit Narayan, Director of the National Institute for the Locomotor Disabilities, graced the occasion as the Chief Guest, joined by Mr. B N. Rao, Assistant Director of Ali Yavar Jung National Institute of Speech and Hearing Disabilities (Divyangjan) -RC Kolkata, and Mr. Satyam Chakraborty, Sr. Area Head Eastern Region of Dr. Reddy’s Foundation, as esteemed Special Guests.

Over 200 job seekers, representing a diverse spectrum of 18 different disabilities, pre-registered for the event, converging at the venue with hopes and aspirations.
