Baby John a film packed with action thriller starring Varun Dhawan, Keerthi Suresh and the movie also has Salman Khan in a cameo role. It released during this holiday season on 25th December, 2024. The film is a remake of a south Indian film Theri. Due to the holiday season, the box office collection of this movie is estimated to be 12 crores. It started off as a good opening, the collection poured in more so because of the holiday vibe.
But reportedly Baby John, could not beat the collection of the original south Indian movie Theri which estimatedly collected more than 13 crores at the very first.
On the other hand, the film has faced quite a bit of competition from the other two films sharing the shows named; Pushpa 2: The Rule and Mufasa.
On it’s 21st day of screening Pushpa 2 has not stopped bringing it’s audience in as they are very much crazy about this one. It brought in more than 16 crores on 25th December. The action thriller movie led by Allu Arjun and Rashmika Mandanna continues to bring in their audience helping them reach this enormous height.
During the past 20 days Pushpa 2 has been ruling the movie theatres and has collected so far ₹1547.40 crore worldwide. Bringing such a huge number it has brought itself in the list of an Indian movie to cross ₹1500 mark, and positioning in third rank. It is a huge milestone for yet another Indian movie to flood in such ginormous number. Pushpa 2 has also collected 700 crores in the hindi language making it as the first ever collect this much in just 19 days.
So far, Pushpa 2 has casted a spell on it’s audience and is creating history everyday with it’s success where as the movie Baby John has a long way to go. As the holiday season will mark it’s end in the upcoming days, after that how much the movie collects is the real deal. Will it or will not be in position to give it a fair competition?
