Every year on April 7, people around the world celebrate World Health Day to raise awareness of a specific health issue. “Health For All” is the focus of World Health Day 2023. The theme’s objective is to provide everyone the chance to reflect on the achievements in public health over the past 70 years that have contributed to improving people’s quality of life. According to the global health organization, the subject also encourages people around the world to take the necessary steps to address current and future health issues.
To commemorate this day, the World Health Organization also provided some suggestions. According to WHO, anyone can plan a World Health Day celebration for their neighbourhood.
In a statement, WHO urged people to “work with health champions and influencers to mobilise your community to demand your right to access quality healthcare without experiencing financial hardship.”
Another suggestion made by WHO to commemorate the day was to engage with artists, musicians, influencers, social workers, celebrities, and other influential individuals to convey the message of “Health For All” throughout the world.
According to the health organization, schools, colleges, and other educational institutions can also plan events to inform students about daily healthy practises.
You can also build a social media strategy and use the official hashtags #HealthForAll and #WHO75, according to the statement.
