Eco Smart City, a groundbreaking venture by Maa Land Group and promoted by Novesta Group, represents a significant milestone in Kolkata’s urban development. Maa Land Group, an established company with over 12 years of experience, boasts a portfolio of more than 150 projects in New Town. Their latest and most extensive endeavor, Eco Smart City, is currently underway, set to transform the cityscape.
Founded in 2012, Maa Land Group is dedicated to creating the largest township in the City of Joy. Over the years, the company has acquired more than 150 Bigha lands, setting the stage for significant developments. The project encompasses three distinct phases: Banglow Township, High-rise Tower, and an Education Hub. The Education Hub will feature a comprehensive range of institutions, from preschools to colleges, while the Banglow Township will include a Health Centre, serving as key highlights of the project, as mentioned by Director Souvik Kuila.
Managing Director Saroj Kumar Giri affirmed that the project is on track for completion by 2024, expressing confidence in its success. The booking process has commenced, with a lottery held today, offering a chance for participants to win from a pool of 3.6 Crore in prizes distributed among 36 winners.
