Ganesh Chaturthi is a significant Hindu festival dedicated to Lord Ganesha which is celebrated with full enthusiasm across the country. It is considered as an auspicious day for worshiping Lord Ganesha. This year society members of Executive Palace Complex of Vip Road Baguiati celebrated Ganesh Puja by dedicating to the ISRO team.
On this occasion, Mr. Ankit Agarwal, Secretary of Executive Palace in Vip Road, Baguiati said, “Ganesh Chaturthi might be more widely celebrated in western India than in West Bengal, but it has been catching on over the past few years. For us, every good beginning and every auspicious work starts with the worship of Lord Ganesha. On the occasion of Ganesh Chaturthi, this year we are giving tribute to ISRO. For every Indian Mission Chandrayaan-3 is a historic achievement. The festival of Ganesh Chaturthi has spiritual and religious significance. It is believed that he is the destroyer of obstacles and creates a happy environment. This year we would be celebrating this festival for six days where before Visarjan we have organised Hawan where whole residents will participate and will also distribute bhog to more than 2,000 people outside our complex premises.”
