Kolkata, 8th September : The IBIS Hotel is renowned for its dedication to providing culinary experiences. IBIS Hotel conducted a Rajasthani Food Festival on 8th September at SpiceIt Restaurant. By taking visitors on a gourmet tour of the vibrant flavors of the area, this event highlighted the rich culinary legacy of Rajasthan. The festival was graced by the presence of numerous prominent personalities, intensifying the excitement of the occasion. Notable figures such as Mr. Debashis Sen-Chief Advisor, Newtown Sarbojanin, MD Hidco, Chairman, NKDA/NDITA; Smt. Urmila Sen, Professor, President, NewTown Sarbojanin; Sayantani Guhathakurta – renowned actress; Sudarshan Chakraborty- celebrity dancer; Raghab Chatterjee-renowned singer; and Indroneel Mukherjee-acclaimed fashion designer added a touch of star power to the event.

Chef Amit Negi, a proud Jaipur resident and valued member of the IBIS Jaipur team, took center stage during the festival. The Rajasthani Food Festival will start from 16th September at 12:30 to 3:00 pm. The Rajasthani menu offers a diverse selection of dishes from various regions of Rajasthan which was presented in the food festival of IBIS Hotel. Some of the standout items on the menu include Bajreka Raab, Gobi Ka Arka, Mooli kichuri, Anarkali Salad, Jodhpuri Murgh Tikka, Harre Masala wali Macchi, Maewari Gatta Pulao, Sekhawati Malai Biryani, Dal Bati Churma, Rajasthani Kadhi, Papad, Mangodiki Sabzi, Gatta Curry, Petod Ki Sabzi, Mewari Paneer, Ker Sangri, Bikaneri Khichdi, Laal Mass, Mohan Mass, Mirchi Bada, Bajareki Roti, Missi Roti, Payaz Ki kachori, Mirchi Ke Tapore, Moong dal Halwa, Ghevar, Balushahi, Churma Laddo, Imriti, Mawa kachori, Gujia, and Jhariya. This culinary array promises a delightful journey through Rajasthan’s rich and diverse flavors.
