The Bhiwandi trucking terminal, built over 1,200,000 sq ft, is one of India’s largest logistics facilities, integrating automated hub, sortation, returns, and freight operations. It is strategically located to leverage seamless connectivity via the New Delhi-Mumbai expressway. The terminal is designed to transact over 8,000 tonnes of freight daily, with 1600 vehicles passing through every 54 seconds. The facility’s advanced automation system, developed by Falcon Autotech (a company invested in by Delhivery), includes 196 docking stations and is equipped to process over 32,000 shipments and 17,000 freight units per hour.
