The love for the film is such that, Chanchal Chowdhury during his visit to Kolkata for Karagar Part 2 promotions, made sure to watch the film amidst his extremely packed schedule. Talking about his thoughts on the film, Chanchal Chowdhury said, “Anirban is an extremely talented actor and director. He is like a brother to me and I knew I had to see Chhoto Babu’s film in theatres no matter what. What stemmed from a place of affection and faith in Anirban, turned into genuine awe at how well the film is made and how entertaining it is. It’s a true experience and I’m not exaggerating when I say that everyone should watch it.”
Overwhelmed by this reaction Anirban Bhattacharya reacted saying, “ This kind of a positive reaction from Chanchal Da means a lot to me. I’ve been in love with his performance ever since I saw him performing on stage and am extremely glad that everyone is becoming accustomed to the acting phenomenon that Chanchal Chowdhury is. Such genuine love and appreciation from him for Ballabhpurer Roopkatha, warms my heart
And adds a feather to my cap and I’m honestly ecstatic that he loved it.” Now that the super talented Chanchal Chowdhury has also vouched for the film, it only makes sense for everyone to watch it and hoichoi is all set to make it easier and more accessible to its audiences by releasing the film on the platform from 13th January
